At HillHouse, we welcome friends and family to join our residents for a meal, anytime, free of charge.
Home-style meals with fresh, natural ingredients.
Our nutrition staff works to accommodate individual resident's dietary needs, using locally sourced ingredients to create varied and appealing home-style meals.
Meals are served in our sunlit dining room overlooking the pond, fields, and gardens. Although residents may choose to eat in their rooms, we encourage residents to enjoy the social interaction that gathering in the dining room provides.

During the summer months, residents and family members are welcome to eat outside on our terrace.

Fruit, choice of eggs, bacon, daily homemade muffins, pancakes, French toast, choice of omelets |
Lunch
Baked stuffed haddock or pork chops, oven roasted parmesan potatoes, creamy onion pie or cucumber salad, raspberry bar or ice cream sundaes |
Dinner
Turkey thyme sandwich, hearty potato soup, colorful corn or baby spinach salad, mixed berry crisp |
We are so grateful to every single person who came in contact with our mother, from the administrator to the housekeepers and dietary folks, to all of the nurses and aide staff. You cared for her with tenderness, dignity, and compassion. We could not have asked for more patience, understanding, or expert care. You all helped us, and her, to make a difficult adjustment.
