One daily rate covers all expenses at HillHouse. This includes the rental of the room, furnishings, all utilities (except telephone and cable television), 3 meals and snacks, all personal care services, and daily laundry and housekeeping services.

• Private room in new wing: $223 /day
• Private room in original wing: $186 /day
• Semi-Private room in new wing: $200 /day
• Semi-Private room in original wing: $171 /day
• Respite rate (up to 30 days) in any room: $183 /day
  • 8% Discount for 2 residents from the same family     (e,g, spouses, siblings)
  • An additional 10% discount if related family members share a room
  • A one time non-refundable administrative fee of $500.00 for single admission and $650.00 for a couple

HillHouse daily rates also include:

• 24 hour staffing with RNs, LPNs and CRMAs
• Extensive assistance with all personal care
• Medication assistance
• Coordination with health care practitioners
• Exercise activities
• Weekly outings
• Maintenance for resident rooms
• Computer with internet access (in common area)
