One daily rate covers all expenses at HillHouse. This includes the rental of the room, furnishings, all utilities (except telephone and cable television), 3 meals and snacks, all personal care services, and daily laundry and housekeeping services.

• Private room in new wing: $195 /day
• Private room in original wing: $163 /day
• Semi-Private room in new wing: $175 /day
• Semi-Private room in original wing: $149 /day
• Respite rate (up to 30 days) in any room: $160 /day

HillHouse daily rates also include:

• 24 hour staffing with RN’s and LPN’s
• Extensive assistance with all personal care
• Medication assistance
• Coordination with health care practitioners
• Transportation to medical appointments (up to 2 p/mo within 15 miles)
• Exercise activities
• Weekly outings
• Maintenance for resident rooms
• Computer with internet access (in common area)
• Assistive devices, such as E-Z lifts, E-Z sit-to-stand,
  are available for residents with impaired mobility.
